The Paradox of Success
Letting Go to Achieve

Difference of the Day #155
Don’t aim at success. The more you chase it, the more it eludes you. Success, like happiness, is not a target to be hit but a by-product of dedication to something greater. It ensues from commitment to a cause or devotion to another person.
Consider the artist who loses himself in his craft, the entrepreneur driven by a vision, or the parent devoted to their child. They do not seek success directly; it is a natural consequence of their passion and dedication.
When you focus solely on success, you miss the essence of the journey. You become trapped by the superficial and distracted by the immediate. True success emerges when you surrender to a higher purpose, aligning your actions with something meaningful and beyond yourself.
Let go of the obsession with success. Dedicate yourself fully to your cause or relationships, and success will follow as an unintended yet inevitable outcome.
“Success emerges as a by-product of dedication to a cause greater than oneself.” (Share this on X)
