We are the product of our thoughts. The way we direct our thinking and the attitude we adopt influence both us and our environment.
Corresponding actions test all habits and skills: running means running, and writing means writing... Therefore, if you want to achieve something, make it a habit.
Through the power of our habits, we can transform not only ourselves but also others and the environment in which we live.
The same principle applies to our state of mind. If you get angry, you not only experience a negative emotion but also reinforce a bad habit.
Think about your activities of the past week and your plans for today and the week just beginning.
Are your actions the same as the person you want to become? Are your intentions aligned with your actions? What kind of person are you becoming?
Today, make a difference.
