Begin with a few stretches. The trick isn’t to overwhelm yourself but to create a behavior that’s so easy it becomes part of your day, no matter what.
It’s not about giant leaps; it’s about laying one solid brick every day. Those tiny actions? They’re what transform routines into long-term habits.
